Undergraduate Education Major $1000 Scholarship

We are offering a junior or senior education major at Concordia University Wisconsin with a $1000 scholarship for Spring 2026. Applicants are asked for their academic achievement (GPA); volunteer, extracurricular, and work experiences; educational and career goals in an essay of no more than 1000 words; and a letter of reference, preferable from an educator or employer.

As a local chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma, an international society of women educators, we encourage the development of future teachers. Membership has been extended to include and support female college students who plan to become educators. Scholarship Eligibility

• Applicants must be enrolled at Concordia University Wisconsin as a junior or senior Education major in Spring Semester 2026
• Applicants should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be in good academic standing.

Application Requirements
The candidate must complete the necessary information in the application by December 10, 2025, and include the following:

• Resume indicating educational, extracurricular, volunteer and work experiences
• Unofficial transcript
• No more than a 1000-word essay about you, including your educational goals, career interests, and how you could benefit from this scholarship
• Letter of recommendation
• Successful candidates will need to supply proof of spring enrollment and have maintained a 3.0 GPA following fall semester 2025.
